ELEVATED BOOTH DESIGN

THE ASK

Design a cutting-edge booth experience for CoreWeave that set a new standard for how the brand shows up in AI industry events. The new iteration of CoreWeave would be introduced at NVIDIA GTC 2026, and act as the blueprint for scalable executions across future events.

THE IDEA

A design with a grand structural element that channeled CoreWeave’s essence as an accelerating, pioneering force in AI through dynamic silhouettes.

A large LED screen immediately brought focus across multiple vantage points, and provided a large canvas for dynamic content and presenter talks that pulled people in throughout the day. The lighting of our structure was thoughtfully programmed to coexist with the evolving content on the screen, amplifying the visual impact of the booth. The booth accommodated eight (x8) Demo Stations that were designed as sleek, elegant monoliths with tired screen mirroring to maximize surface for content and messaging. Beyond an impressive visual, our hero structural piece served the function of a container that housed a second story for additional uses attuned to CoreWeave’s needs, including a conference room and pop-up podcast studio. We tapped Decart, one of the partners in CoreWeave’s ecosystem, to bring their AR mirror technology to life through custom CoreWeave branded characters that guests could transform into.

The result was an we-inspiring, yet elegant design that stood out on a crowded conference floor and established CoreWeave as a player that everyone should have their eyes on.
